Job Description:
As Project Coordinator you are responsible for planning and logistics in a dedicated project. You will be part of a project team of experts and play a key role to ensure successful service delivery.
- Define and update project schedule with focus on duration and milestone dates
- Coordinate activities between project, workshop, procurement and warehouse in order to ensure progress and delivery on time
- Maintain project forecast and make sure that risk and opportunities are flagged for stakeholders
- Secure inventory accuracy of equipment and spare parts
- Evaluate availability and request equipment from customer and rental department.
- Plan and initiate transport of operational equipment, spare parts and consumables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree within planning and logistics, or minimum 5 years of experience within supply chain management
- Proactive and structured mind-set
- The ability to support the team and care for people around you
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently as well as in a team
- Great communication skills
